Wonderous Walters!

Wowzers, Walters had a great game for Stoke City as they crushed Bolton 5-0.  He finished off the scoring by netting the final two goals for Stoke, with his first goal of the game, Stoke’s fourth, being absolutely magnificent.  His fifth one was decent, but WOW on the fourth.

Made a nice run with the ball for 20 yards or so keeping the Bolton defender away from him, stops, makes a cut, and hits a beautiful curler into the bottom right corner of the goal past a helpless keeper from 20 yards out.  I’ll take him as my national team striker any day

His second goal was okay, just a little chip over a defender and keeper from a few yards out, but it is definitely his first goal of the game that was absolutely WONDERFUL!!!  Brought a tear to my eye, it did!
